Plant trees, Plant hope: Youth are turning over a new leaf for environmental education in the Solomon Islands


2020 indeed was a turbulent year. However, it did not stopped youth from fighting for what they believe in.

One clear example is the Youth Environmental Movement Solomon Islands (YEMSI), a Solomon Islands youth and local environmental NGOs initiative that was successfully held on the 20th-21st of November 2020 at Barana Nature & Heritage Park.
