Commissioner of the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force, Mostyn Mangau will be featured on the Telekom Television weekly current affairs program, “Spotlight” on Sunday 21 March 2021.
The program will feature Journalist Robert Iroga asking Commissioner Mangau a wide- ranging number of questions including on discipline in the RSIPF, the Crime Prevention Strategy and the Police COVID-19 Operations both in Honiara and at the western border with Papua New Guinea.
“This is the first time that the “Spotlight” program has been filmed outside of its usual set at the TTV studios as we felt that we need to take our viewers to the Rove Police Headquarters and they listen to Commissioner Mangau talk about police operations as a professional security organisation,” says Iroga.
Commissioner Mangau thanked Iroga and his team for taking the program outside of the TTV studio to the RSIPF Headquarters at Rove.
“I want to thank Mr Iroga and his team for giving me the opportunity as the Commissioner of RSIPF to inform viewers of TTV’s Spotlight program about what the Force is doing as a professional security organisation to ensure our citizens are safe and secure especially during the global COVID-19 pandemic.”
The Spotlight program, featuring the Commissioner of Police Mostyn Mangau, will be broadcast on TTV Channel One at 8pm this Sunday 21 March 2021.
